Google Pixel’s latest version and Xiaomi MIUI new release will include some selected phones with Back Tap. Android 11, Oxygen OS 11, and One UI 3.0 are also working on making the new feature available. But that doesn’t mean that you need to switch phones. Features of TapTap APK – Back Tap for Android

Tap Tap app enables Back Tap features to any Android. Unline in Apple, you also get some extra features with TapTap. The latest build of TapTap.apk includes the following.

• Option to disable battery optimization.
• Change sensitivity with a slider under the gesture settings.
  

• Added power menu action.
•  Tweaked UI even further.

• “Reachability” Moved to Utilities.
• Fixed app selector not showing all apps when selecting for a gate.

How to Install Back Tap for Android – TapTap.APK

1. Download TapTap.APK

2. Open the TapTap.apk & touch “Install”
   
3. You might need to enable unknown sources
4. Finally, Open the Tap Tap App

Now you have completed the installation of Back Tap for Android with TapTap.apk.

We recommend disabling the battery Optimisation, which will let the TapTap work in the background. Enabling this feature may use more battery power.

Now you can go to the “Actions” section and start trying out all available actions using the “+Add Action” button.

The “+ Add Action” button provides four choices:

1. Launch –
   Available options are Launch app. Launch a shortcut, Launch Assistant & Launch camera.
2. Actions –
   Screenshot, Open notifications, Quick settings, Lock the screen, Wake device, Home, Back, Open recents, Split screen, Power Menu, Play/Pause, Previous, Next, Show volume panel Volume up\down\Toggle\mute options are available under actions.
3. Utilities –
   Launch reachability & Flashlight
4. Advanced –
   Tasker Event & Tasker Task options available under the advanced section. If you are not familiar with the tasker, check here for more details. Tasker also can be used for Automations and Smart home activities.

Note– If you add more than one action Back Tap will always prioritize the 1st action on the list. If the 1st action is completed successfully, it will no longer run others. However, if the 1st action is already being active, it will enable the 2nd listed option when it detects BackTap.
