Pwn20wnd throw out the unc0ver v3.7.0~b1 update with full-fledged A12/A12X support with Cydia and system-wide tweak injection. In other words, a couple of months ago, Pwn20wnd released iOS 12.1.3 – iOS 12.2 & iOS 12.4 jailbreak without A12/A12X devices. Later he added partial support for A12 / A12 X devices without Cydia tweak injection. Finally, he overcomes the challenge and completes the task.
What are A12 / A12 X devices?
These are Apple’s A12 Bionic chip powered devices. It is a 64-bit ARM-based system on a chip. Here are the products.

How to download
If you own an above A12/A12X device running iOS 12.4 now you can jailbreak your device.
You can download uncover IPA from the developer’s official site.
Besides, iOS 12 to iOS 12.2 versions running A12/ A12 X device also supported.
You can sideload this Unc0ver IPA using Cydia impactor to your iPhone XS, XS Max or XR or iPad. Then run uncover Jailbreak app from your device and complete the jailbreak process.
A12 / A12X Jailbreak challenge
Apple’s A12 Bionic chip, which is based on the 7nm process, and it features a six-core fusion architecture with two performance cores and four efficiency cores. Because A12 Bionic chip comes with ARM version 8.3s pointer authentication, it removes a lot of exploit vectors & makes exploitation harder.
