Today Apple released beta software for upcoming versions of Apple products.
Accordingly, they released iOS 13.3.1 beta 1 for iPhones, iPadOS 13.3.1 beta 1 for iPads as developer beta. Furthermore, tvOS 13.3.1 beta 1 for Apple TV, watchOS 6.1.2 beta 1 for iWatches and macOS 10.15.3 beta 1 for MAC also released.

Download iOS 13.3.1 beta
At this moment all iOS uses cannot download these iOS 13.3.1 beta. It is only available for Apple registered developers. To register for the Apple Developer Program, you need to pay an annual fee of USD 9. Otherwise, you can register for the Apple Developer Enterprise Program for USD 299. Also, you can enroll your devices to access the public betas going through beta.apple.com once they released public betas.
However, if you don’t have plenty of money there are many iOS beta hacked profiles to download on the internet for free or less money try out the latest features.

We couldn’t find any new features yet. There is no release note for this update. Also, no major changes noted by users on forums or social media. It seems this was released to fix more minor problems related to Screen Time and ultra-wide band/location services issues reported on previous versions. iOS 13.3.1 Jailbreak
At the moment there is no iOS 13.3.1 Jailbreak. However, Checkrain will be compatible with iOS 13.3.1 hence it is unpatchable by software update. Therefore, all A5-A11 devices which are running iOS 13.3.1 will be supported with Checkra1n. Lastly, they released Checkra1n iOS 0.9.7 beta adding iOS 13.3 support. So, Checkra1n team will release a new beta version by adding iOS 13.3.1 support very soon.
