The recent release of the Google Chrome browser comes with a cool feature, allowing users to generate QR codes. The feature is available from version 88.0.4324 and above. This was officially released on 19th January 2021 and the beta testers also received another update on 27th January 2021. Which also includes pretty much the same features. The QR code feature is currently available only for Windows Desktop users. If you are a windows user and still don’t see the feature most probably your chrome version is not updated. You can view the current version and look for updates by clicking Help> About Google Chrome on the Google Chrome Browser. Also, make sure to click on the “relaunch” button to activate the updated features.
