If you are on iOS 14 – iOS 14.2.1 update to iOS 14.3 with a new method without SHSH Blobs. It was discovered by dhinakG & Tanbeer_191. Specifically, this feature let you install the latest version released within 90 days.
However, any update older than 90 days will not be delayable. At the moment iOS 14.3 is the version within this criteria.

How to upgrade to iOS 14.3 from iOS 14.2.1 or lower
Note – As this method is time based, you need to upgrade to iOS 14.3 before 26th April.
1- Jailbreak your iPhone or iPad using any of the following jailbreak.
If you are on iOS 13 – iOS 14.2.1 versions, use Checkra1n (A9-A11) or Unc0ver (A9-A14)
If you are on iOS 14 – iOS 14.2.1 versions, use Taurine (A9-A14)
If you are on iOS 13 – iOS 13.7 versions, use Odyssey (A9-A13)
Your device is already jailbroken, it is recommended to RootFS & Erase contents, then re-jailbreak it above any jailbreak tool according to
the iOS version you have right now.
2- Then open the Cydia or Sileo, then add myxxdev.github.io repo and install the MyBloXXX tweak from repo.
3- Then install the below iOS developer profile from here.
4- iOS 14.3 OTA upgrade will show up if you have successfully completed the above steps.
5- Now use the Restore RootFS option in the jailbreak app you have installed. Then install the iOS 14.3 OTA update on your iPhone or iPad.
6- Plug your device into power and connect to the Wi-Fi.
7- Open the Settings >Tap General > Software Update.
8- Make sure that the version you are updating to is 14.3. Then download and install the update.
9- Once updated, it will erase the settings. If you want jailbreak iOS 14.3, use any of Checkra1n, Unc0ver, Taurine jailbreak tool.
Why you should upgrade iOS 14.3 from older iOS versions
iOS 11.X – It’s too old now, get off this old version now.
iOS 12.X – If you’re on an iPhone 5S or iPhone 6 it’s OK. If not move On.
iOS 13 – iOS 13.2.3 – It is a buggy iOS.
iOS 13.3 – Recommended, but it is better move on. That’s up to you.
iOS 13.3.1 – It is a buggy iOS.
iOS 13.4 – iOS 13.7 – Recommended, but up to you.
iOS 14 – iOS 14.1 – Recommended.
iOS 14.2 – iOS 14.2.1 – It is a buggy iOS.
iOS 14.3 is the most stable iOS version so far. Also, it has Checkra1n, Unc0ver, Taurine jailbreak for iOS 14.3.
