Update – Apple Release the final date for Apple Event – Apple Event on March 8th

Apple’s Rumored March Event – Apple’s first event of the year could happen in a matter of weeks. Although the event invitations are yet to be received, rumors suggest that an event could take place on March 8. This means that in just over two weeks, we could see the 5G iPhone SE 3, a new iPad Air, and possibly a Mac computer or two.
We’re compiling every rumor and report about upcoming Apple events, from possible dates and times to expected products, as we count down to the rumored event. Read on to learn everything we know so far about the spring event, as well as all the Apple products we’re looking forward to in 2022. As new information flows in, we’ll update this article.
What is the date of the next Apple event? March 8th is a possibility.
Apple could hold its first event of 2022 next month. Apple watcher Mark Gurman of Bloomberg predicted the company’s first event of the year would take place in March or April, eventually settling on March 8.
Every year, the company hosts three to four events, with a spring event, a summer developer conference, and one or two additional events in the fall. Fall events typically held in September and October, and feature new iPhones and Apple Watch upgrades, with new Macs and iPads being featured in October. The iPhone 14 will most likely be released in September.
With that background in mind, Gurman’s March 8 prediction seems very likely. However, it’s possible that whatever products or announcements Apple has planned for this spring will be made without the fanfare of a live event, in which case we’ll have to wait until June for Apple’s annual WWDC, where we’ll see iOS 16. (Current version of iOS is 15.4 beta 4)
iPhone SE 3, new iPads, Macs, and more are among the products we anticipate.
Apple releases a slew of hardware and software upgrades every year, and 2022 expected to be no different. Despite the fact that Apple’s next event expected to take place in March, many of these products may not be released until later this year. Indeed, Bloomberg reported in January that Apple could unveil “the broadest range of new hardware products in the company’s history” in the fall.
3rd-generation iPhone SE (iPhone SE 3)
Apple will unveil its redesigned iPhone SE in the spring of 2020, but the small iPhone was absent last year. Apple may be working on two iPhone SE models, one for 2022 and the other for 2023, according to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. The 2022 model will have 3 GB of memory, while the 2023 model will have 4 GB of memory and a larger display. The phone is said to have an LCD display, 5G connectivity, a retro design, and Face ID.
The new iPad Pro, iPad Air, and iPad Mini are all on the expected list
According to Mark Gurman, Apple is planning to update the iPad Pro with a new design and wireless charging support. Apple may also upgrade the iPad Air and entry-level iPad in 2022. The new iPad Air, along with the iPhone SE 3, could arrive as early as March 8.
Apple’s Midrange display
Apple could also be working on a less expensive version of its Pro Display XDR, which retailed for just under $5,000 (excluding the $1,000 stand) when it was first released in 2019. A cheaper Apple monitor was in “early development.”
Mini Mac can be faster
Apple will release its Mac Mini with the M1 chip in 2020. But, now that Apple has unveiled its M1 Pro and M1 Max processors, when can we expect a faster Mac Mini? According to Gurman, a new, more powerful Mac Mini model could be released in the near future. Apple’s M1 Pro and rumored M2 chips are expected to be released as early as March 8, or later in May or June.
Bloomberg Rumors—The 27-inch iMac, MacBook Air, and Mac Pro have all been updated.
Apple had previously announced a new M1-powered iMac, but it was only the smaller 24-inch model. Apple is working on processor updates for the 27-inch iMac.
Upgrades to the Mac Pro and MacBook Air are also possible. Apple’s M1 chip was first seen in the 2020 MacBook Air. This year, it’s rumored that the MacBook Air will get a redesign and the new rumored M2 chip.
iPhone 14
The iPhone 13 lineup was released in September, and the iPhone 14 expected to be released in the fall. The iPhone 14 is rumored to be the first iPhone without a notch and to include Touch ID under the display.
Apple Watch Series 8
Since its introduction in 2014, Apple has released a new version of its popular Apple Watch every year. According to Gurman, Apple could unveil three new Apple Watch models in 2022, including a new Apple Watch SE, an updated standard version, possibly dubbed the Apple Watch Series 8, and a more durable model for extreme sports athletes. Also, this could be for people who want to look like extreme sports athletes.
Air Pods Pro 2
Apple may be working on a new version of the AirPods Pro as well. According to Kuo, the AirPods Pro 2 will debut in the fourth quarter of 2022, with a new design and chip. The first iteration of the higher-end earbuds debuted in 2019, and Kuo predicts the AirPods Pro 2 will debut in the fourth quarter of 2022 with a new design and chip.
Apple’s AR/VR headset and other new gadgets
Apple may release additional brand-new devices, if not this year, then in the future. This could include an Apple Echo Show competitor that combines an entry-level iPad with a speaker, a soundbar with a built-in Apple TV similar to Roku’s soundbar, an Apple augmented or virtual reality headset, Apple Glasses, and an Apple Car.
