Currently, some users appear to be unable to send messages or make FaceTime calls using the iMessage Service and FaceTime services available across Apple’s platforms.
Numerous tweets have been made about the problem, and Apple’s System Status page lists an ongoing outage. Although Apple claims that the service is down for some users and has been since 11:48 a.m. Eastern Time, not all users are currently experiencing issues with the feature.
As soon as the iMessage problem is resolved, we’ll update this article.
