New DualSense Controller attacks games by captivating more sensors as they interact with the virtual worlds in PlayStation 5. It’s a wireless controller feature of DualSense, along with PS5’s Tempest 3D AudioTech, which will deliver a new feeling of immersion to players.
With the launch of PS4 in 2013, Sony introduced the DualShock 4 wireless controller, which gained a lot of positive feedback from gamers. Being the best PlayStation controller in market Sony believes DualSense will also become the most popular Controller for PlayStation 5.
Also, Sony reveals that the incorporated adaptive triggers into the L2 and R2 buttons of DualSense will allow the gamers to truly feel the tension of their action.
To further explain the powerful sensations of DualSense adopted haptic feedback Sony has used examples such as
- When drawing a bow to shoot an arrow
- The slow grittiness of driving a car through a muddy road
According to Sony the PlayStation 5 DualSense Controller also has much more upgrades, less weight, better grip, better battery life, inbuilt microphone array. Apart from that, the angle of the hand triggers is changed to feel the controller is smaller.
Also, the replace of “Share” button with “Create” lets gaming pioneers to find new ways for players to create epic gameplay and share with the world or to enjoy themselves.
The exact release date for the DualSense Controller is not yet reveiled however we can hope for the big day to come during holiday 2020. The manufacturing cost of the controller is around 450 USD. So we are sure that the selling price will be more than that.
