Android Version Releases and Beta Updates
The Android team is staying busy this week. We are seeing new beta builds rolling out for supported Pixel devices and select partner phones. These updates focus on squashing bugs found in previous releases. Google is also pushing out early preview tools for developers to test upcoming APIs.
If you like running beta software on your daily phone, you should check your system settings. Go to settings, then system, then system update to see if your device has an OTA waiting. Make sure you back up your files before installing any test software. Stability can sometimes be an issue with beta builds.
