Last Updated on 2 years by admin

All set for the Big Day of Pixel 4

We have been sharing all updates time to time and now Google Pixel 4 has reached its Big Launch Day. We have embedded the YouTube live-stream just below. At the time of writing, there’s 28 hours left for the launch, so we are all excited. Also, in the other hand we feel there’s nothing new for us to know about the device as we have revealed all Pixel 4 leaks time to time. Only thing that we are still not certain is the final price tag. So, join us to see the live stream.

Pixel 4 Why it’s the best time to release – Recent few weeks was a busy one for Tech Geeks, as apple release their new series of phones iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max and they also released iOS 12.4.1, iOS 13, iOS 13.1 and finally iOS 13.1.1 which they mention that they have addressed the issue that could impact recognition of Siri requests, issue that could cause Reminders to sync slow, problems that could cause the battery to drain more rapidly and …etc. Samsung is already busy selling its Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus.

Best Time for Google

Now is the best time for Google to step up with their inventions. Google had this planned, and they were preparing for the release. So, new release of the world-famous mobile OS Android had its major turning point. A few weeks back, leaving us the space to think that Google is planning something big.

Release Date

So, the long-awaited Google’s new Pixel 4 and 4 XL are expected to release on October 15th. In this post, we have shared all Google Pixel 4 leaks and Google Pixel 4 XL leaks in chronological order.

What worked well in Pixel 3A & 3A XL

Being known that the Pixel sales doubled with the Pixel 3 series, the mid-range Pixel 3A and Pixel 3A XL are still doing well in the market. Pixel 3A continues to impress the world with its camera. Pixel 3A was also called the “most important phone of 2019” by Daniel Van Boom (editor CNET). The Pixel 4 and 4 XL will surely be a hit in the market when the world sees it on October 15th in New York City.

What would have dropped Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL sales

Even though last year Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL didn’t do well as planned, it can be because the phones are exclusive to Verizon, plus it can also be that the people are generally aren’t purchasing phones as much as they used to do. Also, the fact that Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL is much expensive compared to Pixel 3A could have reduced the sales as well. Pixel 3 also has been reported for its performance though none of the folks at The Tech Papa come across any performance lags.

After a few months, breaking the silence, @ OnLeaks debuted the very first reliable renders of “Pixel 4”. In addition, one of the major twists we have ever seen from Google, the company formally presented the design of its Pixel 4 – at least the back view of Pixel 4, soon the leaks started more popular and heating up. Render that’s, seen below, continued to be a primary source for the later leaks until today. Outrageously, it wasn’t the last time Google released official information before the launch. Apart from that official render, more information discovered when Android hinted that Pixel 4 would also support a ‘True Tone’ kind of feature on display to change the temperature of the color.

September 3rd – Two phones spotted on the FCC web.

Also, early September, Pixels displayed on the FCC web, and it is common for any device to hit the FCC before it on the market. At a glance, Pixel listings seemed to hint at 5G connectivity. However, that twisted to be the ‘Soli’ radar chip using the similar high-frequency wireless technology called ‘millimeter-wave.’

September 4th – Confirmation on ‘Motion Sense’ to work on more countries.

Most of the countries where the Pixel phones sold will support ‘Motion Sense.’ Though India & Japan is not included, and the list also mentions “most European countries,” signifying that some countries won’t have the feature.

September 8th – Pixel 4 leaks, it is coming in orange color/ Bright Orange.

Until today we had no clue that Pixel 4 has more colors than black and white. However, another hands-on leak of Pixel finally exposed a bright orange color variant along with the other two. September 16th – Google announces, “Made by Google” event & Netflix leaks Pixel4.

The more leaks come day by day, and finally, the Official release day of Pixel 4, announced by Google. The BIG DAY is October 15th; it will take place in New York City. Also, over agents will be there to keep you pouring with the BIG NEWS.

September 20th – “Oh So Orange” is the latest color & unfinalized device price escapes.

The leaks of time to time have covered almost everything which we were waiting to know about Google phone Pixel 4. To complete the feeling, we also got to know that the device planned to release in three colors.

Google even selected uncommon names to express exclusive colors. Clearly White,” “Just Black,” and finally “Oh So Orange” are the colors that you will see Pixel4 release. The first two are not surprising names for colors, but the last color the ‘Oh So Orange’ is a departure from the ‘Kinda’ ‘Not’ and ‘-ish’ monikers used on Pixel2 and3 families.

Thereafter, same day, an Irish retailer hinted on the Google pixel 4 price. Anyhow it doesn’t seem realistic. Therefore, we haven’t shared through the web. The main reason that we say the prices aren’t reliable because they looked less priced than the Pixel 3 clearly, it can’t be right.

September 23rd– Another leak which says matte finish back cover and Face Unlock details.

This time the leak is related to the “Clearly White” variant’s back cover. According to the leaks, they say the white variant will have a Matte finish on the back. However, we know that the Pixel 4 Black will still be having a super glossy back. The white version will speciously have a matte finish that is not quite as soft as what the Pixel3 offered; probably, it may be to avoid the surface getting scratched.

Further, another peek at “Face Unlock,” mentions how the feature works in dark surroundings, the angle of how it functions & displays some options the system will include such as immediate, can the device unlock or not, oh, there’s also definite confirmation that there is no fingerprint sensor.

Thereafter, from the hands-on, the same publication released information on next-generation Assistant, Camera, Face Unlock & Ambient EQ. The Pixel 4 XL was also placed alongside the Galaxy S10+ and Pixel 3a XL to reveal a similar footprint and even a top bezel, which is no more significant than the one on the Pixel 3a XL.

Alongside that, Evan Blass also jumped in on the Pixel 4 hype with a leaked piece of promo art for the phone. Also, that image lined up closely with a previous video ad we’d seen and sheds more like on Google’s marketing angle for this device.

September 26th – A collection of Pixel4 software leaks including another video.

A few APK’s from the Pixel contributed by giving the chance to share looks at the new Recorder app, the ‘Pixel Themes’ app, and much more.
